You can't judge a machine by it's onboard sounds when it has sampling capabilities, but maybe those rides might come in handy.................

Wow. This takes me back. Listen to Frankie Goes To Hollywood's War. The Hidden Mix (b-side of Two Tribes 12") or the shorter edit on the Welcome to the Pleasure dome album. For the first four minutes all you're listening to is these drums - albeit beautifully EQd and effected. Amazing.
